All homes have both satellite TV and high-speed wireless Internet access. Many homes have two TV sets (37’’ and 60’’), multimedia capability and high quality Sound System with CD and DVD.

All homes are extremely well insulated as they are required to be by Canadian building standards. The concrete foundations are completely surrounded by thick sheets of insulation and the roofs are built with air voids that are filled with thick fiber glass insulation wool.

The heating system is electric with every room having an individual thermostat to provide maximum comfort and efficiency.  Some of the homes have heated floors. All homes are complete with air conditioning to ensure your comfort during hot summer days.
